Einschalten
1 Stellen Sie einen Topf auf die Kochzone.
2 Betätigen Sie die Ein/Aus-Taste.
Im Display erscheint ein Bindestrich (–).
3 Schalten Sie die Schnellwahlstufe 12 ein.
Im Display erscheinen die Ziffern 12.
4 Betätigen Sie die + Taste.
Das Display zeigt A1 an. Nach nochmaliger Betätigung
wird die nächste Stufe angezeigt. 9 Stufen stehen zur
Wahl (siehe Tabelle).
Solange der Buchstabe A im Display angezeigt wird (z.B.
A3), wird mit hoher Leistung angekocht.
Wenn nur eine Ziffer angezeigt wird (z.B. 3), ist die
Fortkochstufe eingeschaltet.
In der Tabelle sind die Ankochzeiten für die verschiedenen
Ankochstufen aufgeführt. Die Ziffer hinter dem A gibt an, auf
welcher Stufe fortgekocht werden muss. Beispiel: in der
Ankochstufe A6 wird zunächst 10 Minuten auf hoher
Leistung angekocht, anschließend wird auf Stufe 6
fortgekocht.

Restwärme-Anzeige
Diese Anzeige weist darauf hin, dass die Kochzone noch
warm ist. Sie erlischt, sobald die Glasplatte eine sichere
Temperatur erreicht hat.
Restwärme wird im Display mit H angezeigt.
Ankochautomatik
Im Normalfall bringen Sie eine Speise auf hoher Stufe zum
Kochen und schalten anschließend auf eine niedrigere Stufe
zurück, um die Speise fortkochen zu lassen.
Die Ankochautomatik kann dieses Zurückschalten für Sie
übernehmen. Die Ankochautomatik stellt das Kochfeld
automatisch auf die eingestellte Fortkochstufe ein.
Nach einiger Zeit merken Sie z.B., dass Kartoffeln immer auf
derselben Stufe fortkochen (z.B. Stufe 4). Wählen Sie in
diesem Fall die Ankochstufe A4, dann schaltet das Gerät
automatisch auf Stufe 4 zurück, sobald die Speise kocht.
Die Ankochautomatik kann in Kombination mit dem
Kurzzeitwecker verwendet werden. Achten Sie dabei darauf,
dass sich die Zubereitungszeit um die Ankochzeit verlängert
(siehe auch Kapitel "Kurzzeitwecker" auf Seite 10).
Vorsicht
Voraussetzung ist, dass Sie einen Kochtopf von guter Qualität
mit einem schweren Boden verwenden.
Zur Zubereitung kleinerer Mengen könnte die
Ankochautomatik zu stark sein. Verwenden Sie in diesem Fall
die Ankochautomatik nicht.
