Les réglages dépendent de la quantité et de la composition du
contenu de la casserole. Le tableau ci-dessus est uniquement indicatif.
Utilisez la fonction "boost" et le réglage 12 pour :
porter rapidement les aliments ou le liquide à ébullition ;
"blanchir" les légumes ;
chauffer l'huile et la graisse ;
mettre une cocotte minute sous pression.
Utilisez le réglage 11 pour :
saisir les viandes ;
frire les poissons plats ;
frire les omelettes ;
frire des pommes de terre cuites à l'eau ;
frire les aliments en bain d'huile.
Utilisez le réglage 10 pour :
frire les crêpes épaisses ;
frire des tranches épaisses de viande panée ;
frire du bacon (gras) ;
frire des pommes de terre crues ;
frire du pain perdu ;
frire du poisson panné
Utilisez les réglages 8 et 0 pour :
terminer la cuisson de grandes quantités d'aliments
décongeler des légumes fermes ;
frire des tranches fines de viande panée ;
Utilisez les réglages 1 à 7 pour :
faire frémir du bouillon ;
faite mijoter des viandes ;
faire frémir des légumes ;
faire fondre du chocolat ;
faire fondre du fromage.
