at skære ingredienserne i strimler, skiver eller i mindre stykker, inden
de tilberedes.
at benytte en olie af god kvalitet (f.eks. olive-, maijs-, solsikke- eller
jordnøddeolie), når du lynsteger. Du skal kun bruge lidt olie. Smør
og margarine vil brænde på, som resultat af den høje varme.
at komme råvarerne med den længste tilberedningstid i gryden
først, så alle ingredienser ved afslutning af tilberedningen er møre på
samme tid.
brug ekstra wok-rist
Ekstraristen til wokbrænderen (kan være leveret som ekstra tilbehør) giver
yderligere stabilitet, hvis wokgryden er rundbundet. Placér den ekstra rist
på wok-risten som vist på illustrationen.
brug af reduktionsrist
