No utilice cacerolas cuya base sea de un diámetro inferior a 12 cm.
Utilice el fogón Fuerte, Superfuerte o la función Wok para freír, saltear,
calentar grandes cantidades de comida y freír en abundante aceite.
Utilice el fogón Fuego lento para preparar salsas, cocinar a fuego
lento y hervir.
Utilice los fogones normales para el resto de platos.
Si cocina con la tapa sobre la cacerola, ahorrará hasta un 50% de
energía.
Utilice únicamente cacerolas cuya base sea plana y estén limpias y
secas.
Fogón función wok (tipos HG77 y HG97)
Utilice la función Wok cuando vaya a preparar un plato a un temperatura
muy alta (para saltear).
Importante:
Corte los ingredientes en tiras, tajadas o trozos antes de cocinarlos.
Utilice un poco de aceite de buena calidad. La mantequilla y la
margarina se quemarán debido a las altas temperaturas.
Debe verter, en primer lugar, los ingredientes cuyo tiempo de cocción
sea mayor de manera que todos los ingredientes se cocinen al dente.
