La température de friture idéale se situe entre 140°C en 180°C. Au-dessus
de cette température, la qualité de l’huile se détériore rapidement. Lorsque
la température est trop basse, les aliments peuvent s’imbiber de graisse.
Il va de soi qu’il faut plus de temps pour faire frire des aliments épais.
D'où qu’il soit important de choisir une température permettant une
cuisson totale des aliments, sans pour autant qu’ils ne brûlent à
l’extérieur.
Le tableau ci-dessous a une valeur indicative. Il vous est possible
d’adapter la température en vous basant sur la quantité de produit à frire
et sur le goût qui est le vôtre.
Après avoir terminé la friture, amenez la touche de commande sur la
position 0.
