De ideale frituurtemperatuur ligt tussen 140°C en 180°C. Boven die
temperatuur neemt de kwaliteit van de olie snel af. Bij een te lage
temperatuur kunnen levensmiddelen vet gaan opzuigen.
Het spreekt voor zich dat het langer duurt om dikke voedingsmiddelen te
frituren. Daarom is het belangrijk een temperatuur te kiezen, waarbij de
voedingsmiddelen door en door kunnen worden gebakken, zonder dat ze
aan de buitenkant verbranden.
De onderstaande tabel is indicatief. U kunt de temperaturen aanpassen
op basis van de hoeveelheid te frituren producten en uw eigen smaak.
Na het frituren draait u de bedieningsknop op 0.
