Betriebsart einstellen (Fortsetzung)
3. Heißluft
Diese Betriebsart eignet sich besonders gut zum Aufbacken von tiefgekühlten Lebensmitteln
sowie zum Backen von Kuchen und Croissants. Mit dieser Einstellung können Sie auf drei
Ebenen backen. Von der Rückwand wird Heißluft über zwei Ventilatoren auf zwei Ebenen
zugeführt. Der Backofen wird dadurch gleichmäßig erhitzt.
Es wird empfohlen, den Backofen mit Heißluft vorzuheizen.
