6. Chaleur par le bas + convection
Le mode Chaleur par le bas + Convection convient pour les mets dont la base doit être crous-
tillante et le dessus moelleux (ex. pizzas, quiches lorraines, tartes aux fruits à l’allemande et
tartes au fromage). Nous vous recommandons de préchauffer le four en mode Chaleur par le
bas + Convection.
