les salissures recouvrant les parois du four
avec un chiffon humide.

Air chaud
Le plat est cuit par de l’air chaud provenant
del’arrière du four.
Ce mode fournit une chaleur uniforme et
convient parfaitement à la cuisson.
Placez la lèchefrite ou la grille de four au
milieudu four.
Température recommandée: 180°C
Préchauffage recommandé.

Air chaud + chaleur de sole
Le plat est cuit par de l'air chaud provenant
de l'arrière du four et par l'élément
chauffantinférieur.
Ce mode de cuisson est utilisé pour la pizza,
les pâtisseries moelleuses, les gâteaux aux
fruits, la pâte levée et la pâte brisée.
Placez la lèchefrite ou la grille de four au
milieudu four.
Température recommandée: 200°C
Préchauffage recommandé.

Chaleur de voûte + chaleur de sole
Processus de chauffage engendré par les
éléments chauffants supérieur et inférieur.
Ce mode est utilisé pour la cuisson et le
rôtissage traditionnels.
Placez la lèchefrite ou la grille de four au
milieudu four.
Température recommandée: 200°C
Préchauffage recommandé.
