Vous pouvez utiliser ce mode pour cuire/rôtir la
partie supérieure de votre plat.
Placez la lèchefrite ou la grille de four au milieu
du four.
Température suggérée : 150 °C

Chaleur de sol
Processus de chauffage engendré uniquement par
la résistance inférieure.
Ce mode s'utilise pour les plats et les aliments
cuits nécessitant une couche inférieure
croustillante ou dorée distinctive.
Placez la lèchefrite ou la grille de four dans la
partie inférieure du four.
S'utilise juste avant la fin de la période de cuisson
des pâtisseries ou de rôtissage.
Température suggérée : 160 °C
Convection + Chaleur de sol
Processus de chauffage engendré par la
résistance inférieure. La chaleur est répartie par le
ventilateur.
Ce mode convient à la cuisson des gâteaux
contenant peu de levain et contribue à la
conservation des fruits et légumes.
Placez une lèchefrite peu profonde dans la partie
inférieure du four de façon à ce que l’air chaud
puisse également circuler au-dessus de la surface
supérieure des aliments.
Température suggérée : 180 °C

Rôtissage de Pro
Processus de chauffage engendré par la
résistance supérieure en combinaison avec
l'élément chauffant du gril et l'air pulsé.
Ce mode est utilisé pour le rôtissage de toutes
sortes de viande.
