FUNCTIES
In onderstaand overzicht staan de verschillende functies en instellingen van uw
combimagnetron beschreven. Gebruik de kooktabellen in deze handleiding om de
geschikte functie en instelling voor uw gerechten te vinden.
MAGNETRON
Microgolfenergie wordt gebruikt voor het ontdooien en bereiden van
gerechten. Het zorgt voor een snelle en effi ciënte bereiding zonder
de vorm of de kleur van het gerecht aan te tasten. Bereidingstijd en
vermogen worden handmatig ingesteld.
OVENFUNCTIES
Hete lucht
Het gerecht wordt verwarmd door de heteluchtventilatoren in
de achterwand van de oven. Dit zorgt voor een gelijkmatige
warmteverdeling en is ideaal voor bakken.
Aanbevolen temperatuur: 180 °C
Hete lucht + bovenwarmte
De combinatie van hete lucht en bovenwarmte maakt deze functie
ideaal voor het bereiden van gerechten die een knapperig korstje
moeten krijgen. Deze functie wordt speciaal aanbevolen voor
vleesgerechten.
Aanbevolen temperatuur: 180 °C
Bovenwarmte + onderwarmte
De warmte komt van het boven- en onderelement. Deze stand is
geschikt voor bakken en braden.
Aanbevolen temperatuur: 200 °C
Grill
Het gerecht wordt verwarmd door het bovenelement.
Aanbevolen temperatuur: 220 °C
Bovenwarmte + ventilator
De warmte van het bovenelement wirdt verspreid door de ventilator.
Deze stand is geschikt voor het grillen van vlees en vis.
Aanbevolen temperatuur: 220 °C
Hete lucht + onderwarmte
De combinatie van hete lucht en onderwarmte maakt deze functie
geschikt voor gerechten die een knapperige bodem moeten krijgen.
Aanbevolen temperatuur: 180 °C
Intensief
De warmte komt van alle verwarmingselementen en wordt gelijkmatig
verdeeld. Deze stand is geschikt voor grote hoeveelheden voedsel.
Aanbevolen temperatuur: 180 °C
Multi level
Multi level is geschikt voor het bakken van grotere hoeveelheden
voedsel op 2 niveau’s. De gehele ovenruimte wordt gebruikt,
bijvoorbeeld het bakken van koekjes op twee bakplaten.
