Umluft- und Oberhitzeeinstellung
Heiße Luft und das obere Heizelement operieren zusammen, was diese Einstellung ideal zum
Bräunen und für knusprige Gerichte macht. Diese Einstellung ist speziell für die Zubereitung
von Fleisch empfohlen.
Verwenden Sie bei der Zubereitung von Fleisch
das Gestell auf Ebene 3, und setzen Sie das
Backblech auf Ebene 2, um herabtropfendes
Fett aufzufangen.
* Temperatur-Einstellung: 40 - 250 °C
* Achten Sie darauf, dass das Glasbackgeschirr für Temperaturen von 40 - 250 °C geeignet ist.

Verwenden Sie die Temperaturen und Zeiten in dieser Tabelle zur Orientierung beim Braten.
Wir empfehlen, den Ofen im Umluft- + Oberhitze-Modus vorzuheizen.
