UTILISATION
2. Remplir le récipient avec suffi samment de lait (il est recommandé
d’utiliser de préférence du lait complètement ou partiellement
écrémé à température de réfrigérateur). A cette occasion, ne pas
dépasser la ligne de marquage MAX gravée sur la poignée du
récipient (correspond à environ 1000 ml).
3. Veiller à ce que le tube d’aspiration soit correctement inséré
(fi g. 16). Ensuite, mettre le couvercle sur le récipient de lait et le
verrouiller en le faisant légèrement tourner dans le sens contraire
des aiguilles d’une montre.
4. Enlever la sortie d’eau chaude (fi g. 17).
5. Placer le récipient de lait sous la buse (fi g. 18).
6. La coulisse sur le couvercle permet de régler en continu dans quelle
mesure le lait doit être moussé : ‘CAPPUCCINO’ ou ‘CAFFELATTE’.
CAPPUCCINO : le lait est rendu très mousseux.
CAFFELATTE : le lait est rendu peu mousseux.
7. L’écran indique : PRESSER TOUCHE X1 PR CAPPUCCINO OU X2
PR LAIT SEULMT.
Les deux paragraphes suivants indiquent les étapes à suivre pour la
préparation d’un cappuccino et pour faire mousser/réchauffer le lait.
