Wassymbolen

Kijk naar de wassymbolen op het textiel. In

de onderstaande tabel vindt u tips voor ge-

schikte wasprogramma’s voor verschillende

materialen en washoeveelheden.

Gekleurd katoen

Gekleurde katoenen kleding met de wasin-

structie 60°C moet de eerste keer worden

gewassen op 60°C om eventuele overtol-

lige verf te verwijderen. Als u dit wasadvies

niet opvolgt, loopt u het risico dat de kle-

ding verkleurt. Gebruik wasmiddel zonder

bleekmiddel om de kleur te behouden.

Fijne was

Ongebleekt linnen

Textiel van Ongebleekt linnen moet op 60°C

worden gewassen met wasmiddel zonder

bleekmiddel of optisch witmiddel. Sterk

verontreinigd linnen kan af en toe worden

gewassen op hogere temperaturen. Doe dit

echter niet te vaak, omdat dit slecht kan zijn

voor de glans en sterkte van het linnen.

Adviezen en tips voordat u gaat wassen

Hier volgen enkele adviezen die van pas

kunnen komen voordat u gaat wassen.

Sorteer de was

Sorteer de kleding op:

• mate van vervuiling

• kleur

• materiaal

Kleding

• Sluit ritssluitingen, zodat de was niet be-

schadigt.

• Nieuwe, gekleurde kleding kan overtollige

verf bevatten en moet daarom de eerste

keren apart worden gewassen.

• Keer kwetsbare kleding binnenstebuiten.

Hierdoor wordt de kans op pluisvorming en

plooiverkleuring verkleind.

• Maak zakken leeg en was ze bij voorkeur

binnenstebuiten!

Katoen, linnen. Donkerder gekleurde kleding. Bonte was 60° 1/1

Polyester, katoen/polyester, nylon. Witte kleding. Synthetische was 60° 1/2

Rayon, acetaat, acryl. Kleding met Synthetische was 40° 1/2

Kwetsbare kleuren.

Polyester, katoen/polyester, nylon. Synthetische was 40° 1/2

Gekleurde kleding.

Zijde en bijzonder tere kleding Synthetische was 30° 1/3

Kleding met IWS-markering en Wol/Handwas 40° 1/3
