Dieser Modus ist besonders für Gerichte und
Backwaren nützlich, die eine untere Kruste oder
Bräunung erfordern.
Schieben Sie das Backblech oder den Rost in die
untere Einschubebene.
Verwenden Sie ihn kurz vor Ende
der Back-/Bratzeit.
Empfohlene Temperatur: 160 °C
Unterhitze + Lüfter
Heizen mithilfe des unteren Heizelements.
Die Wärme wird vom Lüfter verteilt.
Dieser Modus wird zum Backen flacher
Hefekuchen oder zum Einkochen von Obst
und Gemüse verwendet.
Setzen Sie ein nicht zu hohes Backblech in die
untere Ebene des Ofens ein, damit die heiße Luft
auch über die Oberfläche der Speisen zirkulieren
kann.
