19. Alarm codes
AL 5 - Alarm “No Acc”
Als in de opstart fase de uitlaat gas temperatuur niet binnen een bepaalde tijd de 50° Celsius heeft
bereikt dan gaat de kachel in alarm.
Het gegeven alarm kan door de volgende reden veroorzaakt worden.
1. Te weinig aanvoer van pellets in de opstart fase.
• Pellet tank leeg bijvullen
• Stove Parameters niet juist ingesteld programma regels 4 en 5 wijzigen (zie
hoofdstuk 21)
• Vijzel motor draait niet Neem contact op met RR Trading
2. Gloei element wordt niet heet genoeg.
• Gloei element moet vervangen worden Neem contact op met RR Trading
• Lucht aanvoer van buiten niet afgeschermd voor de wind.
AL 6 - Alarm “No Pellet”
Als tijdens bedrijf de uitlaatgas temperatuur onder de 50° Celsiuskomt dan gaat de kachel in alarm
Het gegeven alarm kan veroorzaakt worden door.
1. Te weinig aanvoer van pellets
• Pellet tank (bijna) leeg Bijvullen
• Stove parameters niet juist ingesteldWaarschijnlijk programma regel 6 (pellet
belading in Modulatie stand) verhogen (zie hoofdstuk 21).
Alarm “Cool Fire”
1. Als tijdens bedrijf er een stroom onderbreking is geweest gaat de kachel in Alarm. Bedien
Toets 4 en laat de kachel zijn stop cyclus doorlopen alvorens de kachel weer opnieuw te
starten.
AL 7 - Alarm “Over temp”/’’Safety Thermal’’
Zodra de elektronica te warm wordt dan gaat de kachel in alarm en vervolgens in de stop cyclus. Laat
de kachel eerst zijn volledige cyclus uitdraaien. Op het display verschijnt “Hot Card”
De oorzaak van de alarm kan zijn;
1. Teveel pellet aanvoer in de hoogste stand
• Stove parameters niet juist ingesteldVerlaag de waarde van de pellet toevoer
overeenkomstig met de On 1-5 stand welke de alarm heeft gegenereerd (zie
hoofdstuk 21, regel 6 t/m 10)
Indien de gassen extreem heet zijn geweest moet zelfs de thermostaat achterop de kachel gereset
worden. Doorloop hiervoor de volgende procedure;
• Verwijder de beschermkap van de thermostaat door deze met de klok mee te draaien
