Zorg ervoor dat je je abonnements nummer en pincode uit de bevestigingsbrief of e‑mail bij
de hand hebt. Deze heb je later tijdens de installatie en het dagelijks gebruik nodig. Als je de
pin code zelf hebt gewijzigd, dien je die pincode te gebruiken. Ben je deze gegevens kwijt?
Je kunt ze ook terug vinden via MijnKPN. Ga hiervoor naar kpn.com/mijnkpn.
Gebruik de checklist (zie figuur 1) om te controleren of je alle benodigde gegevens hebt
ont vangen om de installatie van Interactieve TV succesvol zelfstandig te kunnen voltooien.
In de bevestigingsbrief of e‑mail die je kort na je bestelling hebt ontvangen lees je wanneer het
abonnement (en dus het tv‑signaal) ingaat. Wacht met het aansluiten tot deze datum.
Heb je een Start Installatiepakket meegeleverd gekregen? Volg dan altijd eerst de hand leiding die
je hebt ontvangen bij de Experia Box.
Controleer of de lampjes ‘Power’ en ‘Broadband’/‘DSL’ op de Experia Box branden. Als de lampjes
‘Power’ en ‘Broadband’/‘DSL’ niet allebei branden, kun je proberen de Experia Box uit en vervol‑
gens na 10 seconden weer aan te zetten. Als na maximaal 10 minuten de lampjes nog steeds
niet branden/knipperen, kijk dan in de handleiding die je hebt ge kregen bij de Experia Box. Deze
handleiding is ook beschikbaar op kpn.com/handleidingen.
Ga nu verder met Stap 2.
