Sano salmón con espárragos
RECETAS
Condimente los letes de salmón con pimienta con limón y sal. Llene el tanque de agua
de la vaporera hasta la mitad. Coloque el salmón en la bandeja de cocción al vapor.
Cierre la tapa. Ajuste el reloj en 15 minutos. Transcurridos cinco minutos, quite la tapa
con cuidado para evitar quemarse con el vapor, y agregue los espárragos a la bandeja
de cocción al vapor. Vuelva a colocar la tapa y deje que los alimentos se sigan cocinando
hasta completar el tiempo. Cuando la vaporera emita un sonido, controle el punto de
cocción. Si está listo, sírvalo y disfrútelo. Sirve para 4 porciones.

Sabroso pollo con brócoli y salsa de soja
Ingredientes
Revuelva la salsa de soja, el azúcar, el aceite de sésamo, el ajo y el jengibre con las
pechugas de pollo y el brócoli. Deje marinar entre 10 y 15 minutos. Coloque el pollo y
la marinada en el bol de cocción al vapor (sin el brócoli). Llene el tanque de agua de la
vaporera hasta la mitad. Coloque el bol en la vaporera. Cierre la tapa. Ajuste el reloj en 20
minutos. Transcurridos 10 minutos, quite la tapa con cuidado para evitar quemarse con
el vapor, y agregue el brócoli al bol de cocción al vapor. Vuelva a colocar la tapa y deje
que los alimentos se sigan cocinando hasta completar el tiempo. Cuando la vaporera
emita un sonido, controle el punto de cocción. Si está listo, agregue la cebolla de verdeo
y disfrútelo. Sirve para 4 porciones.
2 pechugas de pollo deshuesadas sin piel
3 tazas de brócoli fresco
3 cucharadas de salsa de soja

Season the salmon lets with salt and lemon pepper. Add water to the water tank of
the food steamer, to at least the halfway point. Place salmon into steam tray. Close the
lid. Set time control dial for 15 minutes. Once ve minutes have passed, remove the lid,
using caution to avoid escaping steam, and add asparagus to steam tray. Replace the
lid and allow food steamer to continue cooking for the remainder of the set time. Once
the food steamer dings, check food for doneness. If cooked, remove food to serve and
enjoy. Serves 4.

Savory Chicken & Broccoli
2 salmon lets, skinless
½ pound fresh asparagus
Dash lemon pepper
Dash salt
Ingredients
Combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger with chicken breasts and
broccoli and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes. Place chicken and marinade into the steaming
bowl (do not add broccoli yet). Add water to the water tank of the food steamer, to at
least the halfway point. Place the steaming bowl into the food steamer. Close the lid. Set
the time control dial for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes have passed, remove the lid, using
caution to avoid escaping steam, and add broccoli to the steaming bowl. Replace the lid
and allow food steamer to continue cooking for the remainder of the set time. Once the
food steamer dings, check food for doneness. If cooked, remove, add green onions and
enjoy. Serves 4.
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 cups fresh broccoli orets
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1½ tablespoons sugar
1½ teaspoons sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
½ teaspoon ginger (fresh is better but dried will work)
1 green onion, cut into slivers
