The steaming times are approximate. Altitude, humidity, outside
temperature and thickness and/or amount of food may affect
cooking times.
These charts are for reference only.
To ensure meat tastes its best, and to prevent possible
illness, check that meat has reached its recommended safe
temperature prior to serving.
If steaming rice or other grains, water will need to be added to
the steaming bowl as well. Follow package instructions for the
recommended amount of water.
