Cottura a vapore
Come fare una cottura immediata?
Cottura a vapore a 100°C.
Premete il tasto
Viene proposto un
tempo di 25 minuti.
Regolate la durata desiderata
(minimo 5 minuti e massimo
60 minuti) premendo su + o -.
Confermate
premendo il
tasto START.
Riempite OBBLIGATORIAMENTE il serbatoio d'acqua fino al livello massimo
prima della cottura. Rimettete il serbatoio nel suo alloggio spingendo a
FONDO fino a quando avvertirete uno SCATTO.
Appare il simbolo . Quando viene raggiunta la temperatura, 100°C diventa fisso e
si sente un bip.
Principi
di funzionamento
L'acqua contenuta nel serbatoio arriva nella cavità
attraverso un tubo. Quest'acqua è trasformata in vapore
a contatto con una superficie calda posta nella parte
inferiore della cavità: il generatore di vapore.
Non è necessario aggiungere acqua nel piatto di cottura.
Per garantire UNA VERA COTTURA A VAPORE, il vostro
forno è munito di vassoi appositamente studiati per una
cottura perfetta.

Per non alterare i risultati della cottura, non aprite mai la porta del forno
durante la cottura.
Durante la cottura, l'apparecchio diventa caldo. Quando si apre la porta
dell'apparecchio esce vapore caldo. Tenete a distanza i bambini.
