Conselhos práticos para utilização dos
queimadores
Para obter a máxima performance é bom lembrar-se
do seguinte:
utilize recipientes adequados para cada um dos
queimadores (veja a tabela) com o objectivo de
evitar que as chamas ultrapassem o fundo dos
recipientes.
utilize sempre recipientes de fundo chato e com
tampa.
no momento em que começar a ferver, rode o
botão para a posição de mínimo.

! Nos modelos equipados com grelha de redução, a
mesma deverá ser utilizada sòmente para o
queimador Chamas Duplas Interno (DCDR Interno)
quando se utilizam recipientes de diâmetro inferior a
12 cm.
Para identificar o tipo de queimador, consultar os
desenhos apresentados no parágrafo Características
dos queimadores e dos bicos.
Conselhos práticos para a utilização dos
queimadores principais Semi-Peixeira
A utilização dos dois queimadores como Semi-
Peixeira de formato elíptico, giráveis de 90°,
proporciona ao plano uma maior flexibilidade de
utilização.
Para girar de 90° os queimadores "Semi-Peixeira" é
preciso proceder da seguinte maneira :
Certificar-se que os queimadores estejam frios.
Alçar totalmente o queimador do seu lugar.
Colocá-lo novamente no lugar na posição
desejada.
Certificar-se que os queimadores estejam na
posição correcta.
Especialmente os dois queimadores podem ser
utilizados juntos ou separados, com panelas de
formato e tamanho diferentes, da seguinte maneira :
Queimador duplo com Peixeira para recipientes
ovais (Fig.A).
Queimador duplo para chapa para bife ou
recipientes rectangulares ou quadrado de tamanho
mínimo de 28 x 28 cm. (Fig.B)
Queimador simples para recipientes de tamanho
médio (16 - 20 cm. de diâmetro) (Fig.C).
NUNCA utilize o queimador duplo na configuração
apresentada na figura D.
