Praktisch advies voor het gebruik van de
branders
Voor een optimaal rendement dient u het volgende te
onthouden:
gebruik voor iedere brander de pan die erop past
(zie tabel) om te vermijden dat de vlammen er
onderuit vandaan komen.
gebruik alleen pannen met een platte bodem en
met een deksel erop.
draai de knop op het minimum zodra het kookpunt
is bereikt.

! Bij de modellen die voorzien zijn van een
reductieroostertje moet dit alleen gebruikt worden
voor de Dubbele Vlammen brander (DCDR intern) als
u een pan gebruikt die een doorsnede heeft van
minder dan 12 cm.
Voor het herkennen van het soort brander verwijzen
wij u naar de afbeeldingen in paragraaf Kenmerken
van de branders en straalpijpen.
Practische raadgevingen voor het gebruik van de
Half vispan.
De aanwezigheid van de tweeovalen Half Vispan
branders, die 90° draaibaar zijn, maakt het kookvlak
nog flexibeler in het gebruik.
Voor het 90° draaien van de Half Vispan branders
gaat u als volgt te werk:
Let op dat de branders koud zijn.
Verwijder de branders van hun plaats.
Plaats ze opnieuw in de gewenste positie.
Let op dat de branders op de juiste wijze op hun
plaats zitten.
Vooral de twee branders kunnen samen worden
gebruikt of apart, met pannen van verschillende
vormen en afmetingen:
Dubbele brander als Vispan voor ovalen pannen
(afb.A).
Dubbele brander voor biefstukgrill of rechthoekige
of vierkante pannen minimum 28x28 (afb.B).
Enkele brander voor middelgrote pannen (diameter
16-20 cm) (afb.C).
Gebruik NOOIT de dubbele brander in de
combinatie zoals aangegeven in afbeelding D.
