nel serrare la connessione utilizzando una chiave fi ssa e una chiave di-
namometrica: in questo caso utilizzare la tabella “coppie di serraggio per
le connessioni a fl angia”.
5. Si consiglia di lasciare 50 cm di tubo, per eventuali successivi interventi
in prossimità dei rubinetti.
2.8 Connessioni all’unità esterna
Avvitare i bocchettoni agli attacchi dell’unità esterna con lo stesso serrag-
gio descritto per l’unità interna.
Per evitare perdite porre particolare attenzione ai seguenti punti:
- Stringere i bocchettoni facendo attenzione a non danneggiare i tubi.
- Se la forza di serraggio è insuffi ciente, vi saranno probabilmente delle
perdite. Anche se la forza è eccessiva potranno esserci delle perdite poi-
ché è facile danneggiare la fl angia.
- Il sistema più sicuro consiste nel serrare la connessione utilizzando una
chiave dinamometrica: in questo caso utilizzare le seguenti tabelle (per
tubazioni in rame)

LUNGHEZZA DELLE TUBAZIONI
La lunghezza massima per la tubazione di collegamento varia a seconda
dei modelli. Quando si hanno lunghezze superiori ai 5 m, fare attenzione
alla quantità di refrigerante da aggiungere per ogni metro.
Nel caso si debba installare l’unità esterna e l’unità interna con un dislivello
superiore ai 5 m (fi g. B e fi g. C), si deve ricorrere a dei sifoni sulla tubazione
del gas per consentire il corretto ritorno dell’ olio al compressore.
NOTA:
Si consiglia di eseguire un cappio nella tubazione nei pressi dell’unità ester-
na, in modo da ridurre le vibrazioni trasmesse da quel punto
IMPORTANTE: CONTROLLO FUGHE DI REFRIGERANTE
Dopo aver eseguito le connessioni e il vuoto aprire i rubinetti in modo
che il gas riempa le tubazioni e controllare sempre con un cerca fughe le
eventuali perdite (rischio di lesioni personali per ustioni da freddo).
2.9 Fare il vuoto e verifi care la tenuta
Lo spurgo dell’aria dal circuito deve avvenire per mezzo di una pompa per
il vuoto adatta all’ R410A.
Accertarsi che la pompa del vuoto sia piena d’olio fi no al livello indicato
dalla spia dell’olio e che i due rubinetti sull’unità esterna siano chiusi:
1. svitare i tappi dei rubinetti delle valvole a 2 e 3 vie, e della valvola di servizio;
2. collegare la pompa del vuoto alla valvolina di servizio posta nella valvola
a 3 vie dell’unità esterna;
3. dopo aver aperto le opportune valvole della pompa, avviarla e lasciarla
