El tubo de carga para refrigerante R410A.

Debido a su alta presión y velocidad de evaporación, el refrigerante R410A no se puede man-
tener en estado líquido, por ello en el interior del cilindro se forman burbujas de refrigerante
gaseoso que difi cultan la lectura de los valores de carga y, por lo tanto, es aconsejable utilizar
una balanza electrónica para estar seguros de los valores leídos. La balanza electrónica para
la carga de refrigerante tiene una estructura con cuatro puntos de apoyo para la medición del
peso del cilindro de refrigerante. La carga del refrigerante se realiza abriendo/cerrando la
válvula.
E) Llave dinamométrica
La llave dinamométrica para ø nominales de 1/2” y 5/8”, tiene dimensiones diferentes a am-
bos lados para responder a las medidas modifi cadas de las bocas con reborde.
F) Avellanador de pinza
El avellanador de pinza para R410A está dotado de una mordaza con orifi cio receptor para que
la proyección del tubo de cobre se pueda regular en 0-0,5 mm en la realización del reborde.
G) Cilindro refrigerante
H) Bomba para vacío
Resulta necesario una unión de carga de 1/2 UNF 20 roscas/pulgada y junta correspondiente.
I) Detector de fugas
Para el R410A se utiliza un detector de fugas exclusivo para los refrigerantes HFC. Éste debe
tener una alta sensibilidad de medición.
