! Para favorecer uma evacuação optimizada dos
odores, aconselha-se ligar a coifa, na potência
mínima, antes do início do cozimento. Além disso,
aconselha-se desligar a mesma 10/15 minutos após o
fim de cada cozimento.
! Aconselha-se efectuar frituras sob a coifa somente
sob vigilância constante.
! É proibido efectuar cozimento flambée dos alimentos
sob a coifa pois existe o risco de provocar incêndios.
O melhor rendimento do aparelho é obtido com
evacuação externa: dentro do possível aconselha-se
utilizar a coifa nesta versão.
Versão Aspirante
Os vapores são evacuados para o externo por meio de
um tubo de descarga fixado ao flange de conexão que
se encontra sobre a coifa.
O diâmetro do tubo de descarga deve ser equivalente
ao diâmetro do anel de conexão.
Na parte horizontal o tubo deve ter uma leve inclinação
para cima (cerca de 10°) de modo a poder transportar
o ar para fora mais facilmente.
Se a coifa for dotada de filtros de carvão activado,
estes deverão ser tirados.
Versão filtrante
Deve ser utilizado um filtro de carvão activado,
disponível junto ao seu revendedor. O ar aspirado será
desengordurado e desodorizado antes de ser
reintroduzido no ambiente através da grelha superior.
