RECEITAS
Gelado de nata (fior di latte)
Ingredientes:
400 ml de leite gordo
200 ml de nata fresca
80 g de açúcar
1 frasco de essência de baunilha
1. Numa taça misture a nata com o açúcar até dissolver bem.
2. Junte o leite e misture
3. Refrigere por 3/4 horas e siga as instruções.
Gelado de chocolate
Ingredientes:
200 ml de nata fresca
300 ml de leite
85 g de açúcar
2 ovos
1 frasco de essência de baunilha
45/60 g de chocolate em amargo (a gosto)
1. Misture o chocolate e o açúcar numa taça.
2. Junte os ovos e a baunilha na mistura e mexa bem.
3. Junte a nata e o leite e mexa bem.
4. Refrigere por 3-4 horas e siga as instruções.
Gelado de creme
Ingredientes:
3 gemas
85 g de açúcar
150 ml de nata
1 frasco de essência de baunilha
1. Bata os ovos e o açúcar num tacho.
2. Junte aos poucos o leite e a nata e leve ao lume brando mexendo sempre para engrossar
(cerca de 10 minutos). A mistura deve colar na colher.
4. Deixe arrefecer e junte a baunilha mexendo bem.
5. Refrigere e siga as instruções.
Sorbet de fruta
Ingredientes:
500/600 g de fruta (como morango, framboesa, mirtilo ou ananás fresco)
60 g de açúcar
1. Bata os ingredientes no liquidificador para reduzir a fruta em purê.
2. Refrigere por 3/4 horas e siga as instruções standard.
