RECETAS
Helado de fiordilatte (leche)
Ingredientes:
400 ml de lecheentera
200 ml denata fresca
80 g de azúcar
1 frasquito de esencia de vainilla
1. En un recipiente mezclar la nata con el azúcar hasta la total disolución.
2. Añadir la leche y mezclar.
3. Refrigerar durante 3 ó 4 horas y seguir las instrucciones.
Helado de chocolate
Ingredientes:
200 ml de nata fresca
300 ml de leche
85 gde azúcar
2 huevos
1 frasquito de esencia de vainilla
45/60 g de cacao amargoen polvo (a gusto)
1. Mezclar el cacao y el azúcar en un recipiente.
2. Añadir los huevos y la vainilla al compuesto y amalgamar bien.
3. Añadir la nata y la leche y mezclar bien.
4. Refrigerar durante 3-4 horas y seguir las instrucciones.
Helado de crema
Ingredientes:
3 yemas
85 g de azúcar
150 ml de nata
1 frasquito de esencia de vainilla
1. Batir los huevos y el azúcar en una cazuela amplia.
2. Añadir poco a poco la leche y la nata y cocer a fuego lento mezclando constantemente para
adensar (aproximadamente 10 minutos). El compuesto tendría que adherirse a la cuchara.
4. Dejar enfriar, añadir la vainilla y mezclar bien.
5. Refrigerar y seguir las instrucciones.
Sorbete de fruta
Ingredientes:
500/600 g de fruta (como fresas, frambuesas, arándanos o piña fresca)
60 g de azúcar
1. Batir los ingredientes en un robot de cocina para hacer un puré con la fruta.
2. Refrigerar durante 3 ó 4 horas y seguir las instrucciones estándar.
