REZEPTE
Sahneeis
Zutaten:
400 ml Vollmilch
200 ml frische Sahne
80 g Zucker
1 Fiale Vanillearoma
1. In einem Gefäß die Sahne mit Zucker verrühren, bis dieser sich vollständig aufgelöst hat.
2. Die Milch einrühren
3. 3- 4 Stunden kalt stellen und dann die Anweisung befolgen
Schokoladeeis
Zutaten:
200 ml frische Sahne
300 ml Milch
85 g Zucker
2 Eier
1 Fiale Vanillearoma
45/60 g Bitterkakao (nach Belieben)
1. In einem Gefäß Zucker und Kakao vermischen.
2. Die Eier und die Vanille zugeben und gründlich unterrühren.
3. Sahne und Milch zugießen und gründlich verrühren.
4. 3- 4 Stunden kalt stellen und dann die Anweisung befolgen
Creme-Eis
Zutaten:
3 Eigelb
85 g Zucker
150 ml Sahne
1 Fiale Vanillearoma
1. In einer großen Schüssel Eier und Zucker schaumig schlagen.
2. Nach und nach Milch und Sahne zugeben und auf kleiner Flamme unter ständigem Rühren
andicken (ca. 10 Minuten). Das Gemisch muss am Löffel haften.
4. Abkühlen lassen, dann die Vanille zugeben und gründlich unterrühren.
5. Kalt stellen und die Anweisung befolgen.
Früchte-Sorbet
Zutaten:
500-600 g Obst (Erdbeeren, Himbeeren, Heidelbeeren, frische Ananas)
60 g Zucker
1. Die Früchte im Mixer pürieren
2. 3-4 Stunden kalt stellen und dann die Standardanweisung befolgen.
