- Montar el soporte cuchilla (L) en el perno motor (C) dentro del recipiente (D) (Fig. 4).
Picar, amasar o montar
- Si se desea utilizar el aparato en función picador, montar la cuchilla de metal (J) en el soporte
cuchilla (L), si no para amasar montar la cuchilla de plástico (K), haciendo coincidir las fisuras
internas en la base de la cuchilla con las señales del soporte y apretándola hacia abajo (Fig. 5).
- En el caso en que deseáramos montar claras o nata, instalar el correspondiente accesorio (N) en
el soporte cuchilla (L) como se muestra en Fig. 6.
ADVERTENCIA
Antes de la elaboración, asegurarse de que el recipiente (D) y el disco (N) estén perfectamente
limpios de cualquier resto de mantequilla o yema de huevo.
- Cortar los alimentos en pequeños trozos e introducirlos en el recipiente (D) o en el caso se desee
amasar, introducir los ingredientes.
- Colocar la tapa (E) encima del recipiente (D) alineando la marca dentro del recipiente (D) con el
símbolo (
). Bloquear la tapa (E) con un “clic” girándola en sentido de las agujas del reloj ( )
(Fig. 7).
- Conectar el enchufe eléctrico en una toma de corriente.
- Poner en funcionamiento el aparato seleccionando la velocidad de rotación de la cuchilla median-
te el mando de funcionamiento (A).
El aparato está equipado de un mando de regulación de la velocidad, de mínima a máxima.
ATENCIÓN
Cuando se utiliza el aparato para amasar o montar, se aconseja empezar con la velocidad más baja
aumentándola sucesivamente. Cuando se utiliza para picar, se aconseja seleccionar la marcha por
impulsos girando el pomo (A) en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj a la posición “P”. El empleo
que da memore resultados se obtiene presionando durante breves segundos (2/3 seg.).
- Para obtener un triturado fino y homogéneo quitar, si es necesario, el alimento de la pared del
recipiente y llevarlo hacia el centro con la ayuda de una espátula.
- Si durante el funcionamiento fuera necesario añadir alimentos, utilizar el orificio de la tapa (E).
Empujar los alimentos introducidos sólo con la ayuda del prensa-alimentos (F) (Fig. 8).
- Para interrumpir el funcionamiento del aparato usar el mando (A) y ponerlo en “0”.
Rebanar
ATENCIÓN
Las cuchillas están muy afiladas, manejarlas con atención.
- Montar la cuchilla deseada, cuchilla para rebanar (P), cuchilla para cortar en juliana (O) o la cuchi-
lla para bastoncillos (Q) en el disco porta-cuchillas (R) para que el orificio situado en la cuchilla
resulte en el centro del disco (Fig. 9).
- Montar el disco porta-cuchilla (R) con el perno motor (C), cogiéndolo por los correspondientes
ojales, con la cuchilla hacia arriba (Fig. 10).
- Poner la tapa (E) encima del recipiente (D) y proceder como se indica en el apartado “Picar,
amasar o montar”.
