- Mit dem Rührbesen auf Geschwindigkeitsstufe 5 etwa 5 Minuten rühren.
- Auf Geschwindigkeitsstufe 6 umschalten und nach und nach den Zucker zugeben.
- Nachdem aller Zucker zugegeben wurde, noch weitere 5 Minuten rühren.
- Das Gerät abschalten und die Schüssel herausnehmen
- Mit einem Spatel von oben nach unten den gesiebten Staubzucker unterheben.
- Mithilfe einer Spritztüte oder mit zwei Löffeln Meringen auf das mit Ölpapier ausgelegte oder
schwach gefettete Backblech setzen.
- Im vorgeheizten Ofen mehrere Stunden lang bei 40/50° C backen. Dabei die Ofentür ein paar
Zentimeter offen lassen, damit die Feuchtigkeit entweichen kann und die Meringen schön trocken
bleiben
- Für kleine und dünne Meringen sind 3-4 Stunden, für größere Meringen 8-10 Stunden erforder-
lich.
