Verbindung der Argon Octave 4A mit einem Subwoofer

Der Anschluss eines separaten Aktivsubwoofers erfolgt über die an der Rück-

seite des linken Octave 4A-Lautsprechers befindliche SUB OUT-Cinchbuchse.

• Wenn Ihr Subwoofer einen einzelnen Cinch-Eingang (1) aufweist, verbinden

Sie diesen über ein Mono-Cinchkabel mit dem Subwoofer-Cinchausgang der

Argon Octave 4A.

• Sollte Ihr Subwoofer mit separaten Cinch-Eingängen für den linken und rech-

ten Kanal ausgestattet sein (2), gibt es zwei Anschlussmöglichkeiten: Zum einen

lassen sich die Argon Octave 4A und der Subwoofer wie beschrieben mit einem

Mono-Cinchkabel verbinden, das in den linken oder rechten Subwoofer-Eingang

gesteckt wird. Die andere Buchse bleibt frei. Alternativ kann ein Adapter einge-

setzt werden, der das Monosignal auf zwei Cinch-Stecker aufsplittet, die dann

beide Subwoofer-Eingänge belegen. Nach unserer Erfahrung ist es jedoch aus-

reichend, die Verbindung nur mit einem Mono-Cinchkabel vorzunehmen.
