I have a pairing problems with Argon BT3 and JBL ClubOne. My phone finds both but they do not pair together. I tried to pair both, TX and RX mode but no pairing. What can be wrong?

I am trying to get sound out of my stereo system via phone plug. I have a problem pairing with JBL ClubOne BT headphones. My phone finds both, Argon BT3 and JBL but they do not pair together. What can be wrong? I tried to pair with TX mode and RX mode, but no difference except Argon finds some else BT device.
