7 - TROUBLESHOOTING AND MAINTENANCE
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE ACTION
The control unit is
turned off.
Indoor unit power supply circuit breaker has tripped
(open).
Circuit breaker of the indoor unit control circuit has
tripped (open) (accessible via the window on the
right-hand side of the indoor module).

The system does not
operate at all.
The function switch is set to "OFF".
An alarm is displayed on the control unit (see list in
paragraph 6.9).
Outdoor unit power supply circuit breaker has

The outdoor unit starts
but stops rapidly.

Setpoints (set on the control unit) are inappropriate
(too low in heating mode / too high in cooling mode).
Incorrect settings on radiator and fan-coil unit
thermostats (if any).
Air filter on terminal units (if any) obstructed or dirty.
Low water pressure on the hydraulic system (see
pressure gauge on front of indoor unit).
Hydraulic system poorly purged.
Faulty outdoor unit defrosting.
Close.
Remove the source of
heat.
Modify the settings.
Modify the settings.
Clean the filter.
Add water to the system.
If the problem continues,
call After-Sales Service.
Purge the system.
If the problem continues,
call After-Sales Service.
