9.2 Paprika braisé au quinoa et champignons

Temps de préparaon : 20 à 30 minutes
Ingrédients :
100 g de quinoa
4 poivrons (rouges)
300ml de bouillon de légumes
120g de champignons
100 g de parmesan râpé
Curry en poudre
1 cuillère à café de fenouil (moulu)
1 échalote
1 gousse d’ail
1 - 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile de tournesol / huile de colza / huile d’olive
en opon
Tout d‘abord, lavez soigneusement le quinoa à l‘eau froide pour rincer toute
substance amère qu‘il peut contenir. Chauer ensuite 300 ml de bouillon de
légumes avec le fenouil et y faire cuire le quinoa pendant 10 minutes. Rerez le
quinoa du feu et laisser goner encore 10 minutes. Pendant ce temps, coupez
que les pédoncules de poivrons en enlevant complètement les graines. Hachez
l‘échalote et l‘ail. Couper ensuite les champignons en pets morceaux et faites-les
frire brièvement avec la poudre de curry, l‘échalote et les morceaux d‘ail dans une
poêle. Enn, mélanger le quinoa avec les champignons, l’échalote et l’ail. Ajoutez
le parmesan et remplissez les poivrons. Placez les poivrons avec un peu d‘huile
dans la friteuse à l’air chaud Arendo pendant environ 12 à 15 minutes à 160°C
environ.

1 - 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile de tournesol / huile de colza / huile
