Wipe the appliance dry aer cleaning. The egg holder, lid and measuring cup can
be cleaned by either using detergent under running water or in the dishwasher.
7 Usage ps
• Place the appliance only on a level, dry surface.
• Do not keep your hands, clothes or other objects over the
opening in the lid while the appliance is working and do not cover
the opening.
• Do not use the appliance near ammable or explosive materials
and objects.
• Never place the appliance on hot surfaces.
• Only boil eggs in the appliance.
• Boil the eggs only if there is water in the bowl.
• The mains cable should not hang freely in the air or come into
contact with hot surfaces/objects.
• Disconnect the mains plug from the socket if the appliance is not
being used.
• Hot steam is generated when the appliance is being used. Avoid
contact with the steam when liing the lid or when steam comes
out of the opening in the lid.
• The scales on the measuring cup are merely indicave. Adjust the
amount of water as needed if the desired degree of hardness is
not obtained.
• Do not immerse the appliance in liquids.
• Do not use any liquids to clean the outer surfaces of the appli-
ance. Use a dry, so cloth for this purpose.
