(ES) INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE
No es fácil cocinar con el fuego por primera vez. Se muestran aquí algunos
consejos y sugerencias.
- Usar solo pellets de roble que sean adecuados para cocinar y hacer barbacoas.
- No usar pellets de madera blanda porque no se quemarán con la misma
eficiencia.
- Mantener la tapa cerrada y precalentada por 15 minutos para alcanzar los 950˚F
(510°C).
- No usar pellets destinados a yacijas para animales o para la calefacción. Estos
no pueden contener aditivos y sustancias químicas potencialmente dañinas.
- No agregar nunca una carga completa de pellets durante el encendido o el
llenado. En cambio, agregar pequeñas cantidades de pellets gradualmente y
dejar que se enciendan completamente antes de llenar.
- El viento puede causar el escape de las llamas desde la parte trasera del horno
para pizza. Como siempre, prestar atención cuando el horno para pizza esté
encendido y no dejarlo sin protección.
