Primer uso.
Antes de usar el horno hacerlo funcionar vacío durante 10 minutos en un local bien aireado para
eliminar los eventuales residuos de aceite que hayan quedado en las paredes interiores del aparato.
Antes de utilizar el aparato por primera vez, limpiarlo y lavar las partes en contacto con los alimentos
como se indica en el apartado MANTENIMIENTO.
Partes (5) y (6) están destinados a entrar en contacto con alimentos durante la cocción.
La parte (5) está destinada a entrar en contacto con alimentos acuosos, alcohólicos y grasos; para
alimentos ácidos (PH ≤ 4,5), utilice un recipiente adecuado o papel de hornear respetando las
instrucciones de uso correspondientes.
Para encender el aparato introducir el vástago en el enchufe y elegir la función de calentamiento
deseada (2). Regular la temperatura de cocción (1), congurar el timer (3), que apagará el aparato
cuando nalice el tiempo formulado avisando con una señal acústica.
La luz piloto está encendida durante el funcionamiento (4) y se apaga cuando se alcanza la
temperatura seleccionada.
Nota: cuando está vacío, el horno tarda unos 10 minutos en alcanzar la temperatura programada.

Cocción abajo + ventilación
1 - Pomo para regular la temperatura.
2 - Pomo por la selección de la cocción.
3 - Temporizador para establecer el tiempo de cocción.
4 - Testigo de funcionamiento.
5 - Bandeja.
6 - Parrilla.
7 - Pinza para Bandeja y parrilla.
