Always unplug the power cord before cleaning the appliance.

Remove the motor unit and pull it out from the blade.

Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the engine unit.

NEVER PLACE THE ENGINE UNIT IN WATER.

At the end of each use, carefully wash the pot and the blade and remove

any encrustations.

When cleaning the pot and blade, use a normal dishwashing detergent.

The blade cannot be washed in the dishwasher.

Do not use abrasive sponges.

Dry the appliance before storing.

Should it be di󰀩cult to clean the copper pot, it is advisable to use vinegar

and salt:

1. Dampen the surface of the pot with vinegar.

2. Dampen a non-abrasive sponge with vinegar and sprinkle it abundantly

with salt.

3. Spread the salt on the sponge until it dissolves.

4. Clean the pot with the sponge. Most of the food remains should be

removed easily.

5. Rinse the pot and dry it well.

Should the nal result not be satisfactory, repeat the procedure several

times until the desired cleaning is achieved.
