ARCHOS va oferi următoarea garanție pentru produsul dvs., cu condiția ca produsul să nu  fost deteriorat de către utilizator.

Durată garanție

1.Produsul dvs. va  garantat pentru un an de la data achiziționării, cu excepția următoarelor componente:

3.Componentele consumabile - cum ar  roțile - sunt garantate timp de o lună de la data achiziției

Garanția nu va  acordată în următoarele cazuri:

1.Defecțiune cauzată de utilizarea care nu este conformă cu instrucțiunile de operare din manualul de utilizare al produslui, cu privire la ope-

rarea, întreținerea și reglarea scuterului.

2.Daune și defecțiuni cauzate de reglari, reparații sau manipulari de catre utilizatori (sau aceleași acțiuni efectuate de terțe persoane neauto-

rizate).

3.Eșecul cauzat de păstrarea necorespunzătoare de către utilizator sau de accidente.

4.Deteriorarea cauzată de utilizarea produsului în zone umede și / sau de daune cauzate de apă.

5.Folosirea abuzivă nu este luată în considerare.
