De AV300 aansluiten/loskoppelen
Macintosh™ OS X (10.2 Jaguar en nieuwere versies)
Als u OS 10.2 hebt, moet u updaten naar versie 10.2.4 of nieuwer.
Dit is een gratis update van Apple
®
Computer. U hoeft geen
softwaredrivers of -extensies te installeren. Sluit de AV300 aan
op uw Macintosh zoals hierboven aangegeven, en binnen een
aantal seconden wordt de AV300 herkend als een apparaat
voor massaopslag (harde schijf) en op het bureaublad geplaatst.
U kunt nu de harde schijf genaamd JUKEBOX gebruiken zoals om
het even welke andere externe harde schijf.
Windows™ ME, 2000, XP (Home/Professional)
De AV300 wordt herkend als een
massaopslagapparaat en automatisch
op het bureaublad weergegeven
enkele seconden nadat hij werd
aangesloten. Gebruik niet de
drivers op de cd-rom, die zijn voor
Windows98SE. U ziet een nieuwe
stationsletter, bijvoorbeeld E:, in Deze
computer genaamd JUKEBOX. U kunt
nu de harde schijf genaamd JUKEBOX
gebruiken zoals om het even welke
andere externe harde schijf. Gebruik
Windows™ Verkenner om toegang
te krijgen en om bestanden te slepen
naar de harde schijf van de AV300.
Als deze niet automatische herkend
wordt, raadpleeg dan het onderdeel
Problemen oplossen achteraan in deze
handleiding.

98SE
Wanneer u voor het eerst een AV300 aansluit op een computer die draait onder
Windows™ 98SE, zal de computer de hardware herkennen en vragen om de drivers te
installeren. Volg goed de onderstaande instructies. Na de installatie van de drivers en het
heropstarten van de pc, kunt u de bestanden met Windows
®
Verkenner slepen tussen
uw computer en de AV300. Zorg er tevens voor dat u de juiste ontkoppelingsprocedure
begrijpt in onderdeel 5.2. Onjuiste ontkoppeling kan ertoe leiden dat uw computer
vastloopt of dat u gegevens verliest.
