4. Sofern die Nachbesserung von uns abgelehnt wird oder fehlschlägt, wird innerhalb der oben ge-
nannten Garantiezeit auf Wunsch des Endabnehmers kostenfrei gleichwertiger Ersatz geliefert. Im
Falle einer Ersatzlieferung behalten wir uns die Geltendmachung einer angemessenen Nutzungs
-
anrechnung für die bisherige Nutzungszeit vor.
5. Garantieleistungen bewirken weder eine Verlängerung der Garantiefrist, noch setzen sie eine
neue Garantiefrist in Lauf. Die Garantiefrist für eingebaute Ersatzteile endet mit der Garantiefrist
für das ganze Gerät.
6. Weitergehende oder andere Ansprüche, insbesondere solche auf Ersatz außerhalb des Gerätes
entstandener Schäden sind – soweit eine Haftung nicht zwingend gesetzlich angeordnet ist
– ausgeschlossen. Bei einer Haftung nach § 478 BGB wird die Haftung des Lieferers auf die Servi
-
cepauschalen des Lieferers als Höchstbetrag beschränkt.
7. Das Gerät (Staubsauger, Nass- oder Trockenreiniger, Heizgerät, Küchenkleingerät, Grill, Ventilator
oder Ent-/Befeuchter) ist frachtfrei in ausreichender Verpackung einzusenden. Die Rücksendung
erfolgt im Garantiefall frachtfrei. Für Fußbodenheizungen incl. Regler, Warmwassergeräte und
Klimageräte wenden Sie sich bitte an unsere Servicehotline.
Diese Garantiebedingungen gelten für in Deutschland gekaufte Geräte. Werden Geräte in ein
Mitgliedstaat der Europäischen Union gebracht oder dort gekauft und sind die technischen Vo
-
raussetzungen (z. B. Spannung, Frequenz, Gasarten, etc.) und die jeweiligen Klima- und Umwelt
-
bedingungen für das entsprechende Land geeignet, gelten diese Garantiebedingungen auch,
soweit wir in dem entsprechenden Land ein Kundendienstnetz haben.
