Hoofdstuk 3 Problemen oplossen 45
U kunt de MacBook Air niet inschakelen of opnieuw opstarten
Probeer de volgende oplossingen, in de opgegeven volgorde, totdat de computer
opstart.
 Controleer of de lichtnetadapter op de computer en een werkend stopcontact is
aangesloten. Zorg dat u de MagSafe-lichtnetadapter van 45 W gebruikt die bij uw
MacBook Air is geleverd. Als de lichtnetadapter de batterij niet meer oplaadt en het
indicatielampje op de stekker niet gaat branden wanneer u het netsnoer aansluit,
haalt u het netsnoer uit het stopcontact en sluit u het opnieuw aan.
 Controleer of de batterij moet worden opgeladen. Als het lampje op de stekker van
de lichtnetadapter oranje is, wordt de batterij opgeladen. Raadpleeg het gedeelte
“De MacBook Air op batterijstroom gebruiken” op pagina 37 voor meer informatie.
 Als het probleem aanhoudt, herstelt u de fabrieksinstellingen van de computer door
tegelijkertijd de linker Shift-toets, de linker Option-toets (Alt), de linker Control-toets
en de aan/uit-knop (®) vijf seconden ingedrukt te houden.
 Druk op de aan/uit-knop (®) en laat deze los en houd direct daarna de toetsen
Command (x), Option, P en R gelijktijdig ingedrukt totdat u het opstartsignaal
voor de tweede keer hoort. Hiermee wordt het PRAM (parameter-RAM) opnieuw
ingesteld.
 Als het nog steeds niet lukt om de MacBook Air op te starten, raadpleegt u het
gedeelte “Meer informatie, service en ondersteuning” op pagina 57 voor informatie
over service en ondersteuning door Apple.
