42 Hoofdstuk 3 Problemen oplossen
Het kan voorkomen dat u problemen ondervindt tijdens het gebruik van de MacBook Air.
Dit hoofdstuk bevat oplossingen voor problemen die zich kunnen voordoen. Meer
informatie over het oplossen van problemen vindt u in de Mac Help en op de onder-
steuningswebsite voor de MacBook Air op www.apple.com/nl/support/macbookair.
In de meeste gevallen zijn problemen met de MacBook Air snel en eenvoudig op te
lossen. Ga na wat zich voorafgaand aan het probleem heeft voorgedaan. Om een
duidelijk overzicht van de eventuele oorzaken te krijgen, is het handig om op papier
te zetten welke handelingen u hebt uitgevoerd voordat het probleem optrad. Noteer:
 Met welke programma's u werkte toen het probleem optrad (problemen die zich
alleen voordoen wanneer u met een bepaald programma werkt, kunnen erop wijzen
dat het programma niet compatibel is met de Mac OS-versie die op de computer is
geïnstalleerd)
 Welke nieuwe software u hebt geïnstalleerd, met name software die mogelijk
onderdelen aan de Systeemmap heeft toegevoegd
Problemen die het gebruik van de MacBook Air verhinderen
De MacBook Air reageert niet of de aanwijzer kan niet worden verplaatst
Het komt sporadisch voor dat een programma vastloopt. In Mac OS X kunt u een
vastgelopen programma stoppen zonder dat u de computer opnieuw hoeft op te
starten. Door een vastgelopen programma te stoppen, kunt u het werk in andere
geopende programma's mogelijk nog opslaan.
