Grote tekst, vette tekst en tekst met hoog contrast
Grotere tekst weergeven in apps als Instellingen, Agenda, Contacten, Mail, Berichten en
Notities: Tik op 'Instellingen' > 'Algemeen' > 'Tekstgrootte' en pas vervolgens de schuifknop aan.
Als u tekst nog groter wilt weergeven, tikt u op 'Instellingen' > 'Algemeen' > 'Toegankelijkheid' >
'Grotere tekst' en schakelt u 'Grotere tekstgroottes' in.
Vettere tekst weergeven op de iPad: Tik op 'Instellingen' > 'Algemeen' > 'Toegankelijkheid' en
schakel vervolgens 'Vette tekst' in.
Tekstcontrast verhogen (indien mogelijk): Tik op 'Instellingen' > 'Algemeen' > 'Toegankelijkheid'
en schakel 'Verhoog contrast' in.
Knopvormen
Op de iPad kunt u knoppen een gekleurde achtergrond geven of onderstrepen om ze beter te
laten opvallen.
Knoppen meer laten opvallen: Tik op 'Instellingen' > 'Algemeen' > 'Toegankelijkheid' en schakel
'Knopvormen' in.
Beweging van schermelementen verminderen
U kunt voorkomen dat sommige schermelementen bewegen. Zo kunt u onder andere
het parallaxeect van symbolen en meldingen tegen de achtergrond of de overgang van
bewegingen uitschakelen.
Beweging verminderen: Tik op 'Instellingen' > 'Algemeen' > 'Toegankelijkheid' > 'Verminder
beweging'.
Labels voor aan/uit-schakelaars
Om gemakkelijker te zien of een instelling is ingeschakeld of uitgeschakeld, kunt u op de iPad
een extra label weergeven bij aan/uit-schakelaars.
Labels voor schakelaarinstelling toevoegen: Tik op 'Instellingen' > 'Algemeen' >
'Toegankelijkheid' en schakel 'Labels voor aan/uit' in.
Toewijsbare tonen
U kunt aan personen in uw lijst met contactpersonen bepaalde tonen toewijzen, zodat u weet
wie u een verzoek voor een FaceTime-gesprek stuurt. Bovendien kunt u tonen toewijzen die
u waarschuwen voor allerlei andere gebeurtenissen, zoals nieuwe voicemail, nieuwe e-mail,
verzonden e-mail, tweets, Facebook-berichten en herinneringen. Zie Geluiden wijzigen en
uitschakelen op pagina 38.
U kunt beltonen kopen via de iTunes Store op de iPad. Zie Hoofdstuk 22, iTunes Store, op
pagina 123.
Videobeschrijvingen
Met behulp van videobeschrijvingen kunt u geluiden bij videoscènes afspelen. Als u een video
hebt die is voorzien van videobeschrijvingen, kunt u deze op de iPad afspelen.
Videobeschrijvingen inschakelen: Tik op 'Instellingen' > 'Algemeen' > 'Toegankelijkheid' en
schakel 'Videobeschrijvingen' in.
