De iPad herstellen
U kunt met iTunes of iCloud de gegevens van een reservekopie terugzetten op de iPad.
Gegevens terugzetten van een iCloud-reservekopie: Stel de iPad opnieuw in om alle
instellingen en gegevens te wissen. Log in op iCloud en kies in de conguratie-assistent de optie
om gegevens van een reservekopie terug te zetten. Zie “Opnieuw instellen” op pagina 13 9.
Gegevens terugzetten van een iTunes-reservekopie: Sluit de iPad aan op de computer waarmee
u gewoonlijk synchroniseert, selecteer de iPad in het iTunes-venster en klik op 'Herstel' (Mac) of
'Herstellen' (Windows) in het paneel 'Overzicht'.
Als de iPad-software is hersteld, kunt u de iPad als een nieuw apparaat congureren of de muziek,
video's, appgegevens en ander materiaal van een reservekopie terugzetten.

U kunt geen e-mails versturen of ontvangen
Als u op de iPad geen e-mails kunt versturen of ontvangen, kunt u het volgende proberen.
U kunt geen e-mails versturen
Zet de iPad uit en vervolgens weer aan. Houd de knop voor de sluimerstand enkele seconden Â
ingedrukt totdat u een rode schuifknop op het scherm ziet. Versleep deze schuifknop
vervolgens. Houd vervolgens de knop voor de sluimerstand opnieuw ingedrukt, totdat het
Apple logo verschijnt.
Tik op 'Instellingen' > 'E-mail, contacten, agenda's' en tik vervolgens op de account die u wilt Â
gebruiken. Tik op 'Accountinfo' en tik vervolgens op 'SMTP' onder 'Server uitgaande post'. U
kunt extra SMTP-servers instellen of de SMTP-server van een andere e-mailaccount op de iPad
selecteren. Neem contact op met uw internetaanbieder voor de juiste conguratiegegevens.
Stel uw e-mailaccount rechtstreeks op de iPad in, niet via iTunes. Tik op 'Instellingen' > 'E-mail, Â
contacten, agenda's', tik op 'Voeg account toe' en voer uw accountgegevens in. Als de iPad de
instellingen van uw e-mailprovider niet kan vinden wanneer u uw e-mailadres invoert, gaat u
naar support.apple.com/kb/HT4810?viewlocale=nl_NL voor meer informatie over het instellen
van uw account.
Ga naar www.apple.com/nl/support/ipad voor meer informatie over het oplossen van problemen.
Als u nog steeds geen e-mail kunt versturen, kunt u gebruikmaken van Express Lane (niet overal
beschikbaar). Ga naar expresslane.apple.com.
U kunt geen e-mails ontvangen
Zet de iPad uit en vervolgens weer aan. Houd de knop voor de sluimerstand enkele seconden Â
ingedrukt totdat u een rode schuifknop op het scherm ziet. Versleep deze schuifknop
vervolgens. Houd vervolgens de knop voor de sluimerstand opnieuw ingedrukt, totdat het
Apple logo verschijnt.
Controleer of het probleem niet wordt veroorzaakt door de e-mailaccountinstellingen op een Â
computer die u gebruikt. Ga naar support.apple.com/kb/TS2621?viewlocale=nl_NL voor meer
informatie.
