Kongurationsprole
Ein Konfigurationsprofil ist eine XML-Datei, mit deren Hilfe Konfigurationsdaten an
Apple-Geräte verteilt werden. Kongurationsprole automatisieren die Konguration von Einstellungen,
Accounts, Einschränkungen und Anmeldedaten. Sie können über einen E-Mail-Anhang installiert,
von einer Webseite geladen oder über Apple Congurator auf iOS-Geräten installiert werden.
Wenn Sie eine große Zahl von iOS-Geräten kongurieren oder einfach nur ein drahtloses
Implementierungsmodell bevorzugen, können Sie Kongurationsprole per MDM bereitstellen.
Kongurationsprole, die Payloads für Zertikate und WLAN enthalten, können auch auf
Apple TV installiert werden. Weitere Informationen nden Sie im Apple-Supportartikel

Kongurationsprole können verschlüsselt und signiert werden. Dies gibt Ihnen die Möglichkeit,
den Einsatz eines Prols auf ein bestimmtes Apple-Gerät zu beschränken und Änderungen an
den Einstellungen des Prols durch Dritte zu verhindern. Ein Prol auf dem Gerät kann von einem
MDM-Administrator auch als geschützt markiert werden. In diesem Fall lässt sich das Prol nach
der Installation nur löschen, indem auch alle Daten vom Gerät gelöscht werden oder alternativ
ein Passwort eingegeben wird.
Mit Ausnahme von Passwörtern können Benutzer keine der durch das Kongurationsprol
bereitgestellten Einstellungen ändern. Accounts, die anhand eines Prols konguriert wurden
(beispielsweise Exchange Accounts), können nur durch Löschen des Prols entfernt werden.
