Keramik Glasscheibe verrußt
zu schnell
Grundsätzlich: von Zeit zu Zeit (je nach Gebrauch) muss
jede Glasscheibe mit Glasreiniger gereinigt werden.
schlechter Zug Klärung mit Schornsteinfeger (evtl. Schornstein erhöhen)
falsche Regulierung Unbedingt gemäß Bedienungsanleitung den Schieberegler betätigen
(wenn Sekundärluft geschlossen ist, verrußt die Glasscheibe sehr schnell,
kann aber bei sachgemäßer Bedienung wieder von selbst freibrennen)
falsche Regulierung siehe Punkt: „Brennstoffe und Brennstoffmenge“
feuchtes Holz siehe Punkt: „Brennstoffe und Brennstoffmenge“ (saubere Verbrennung),
evtl. Holzbriketts verwenden (sind gleichmäßig trocken)
Ofen zieht nicht ordentlich
Kaminzug unzureichend siehe Punkt: „Bedienung“ (Schieberegler)
Ofen ist innerlich verrußt siehe Punkt: „Wartung und Reinigung“
Ofen brennt nicht ordentlich an
Wettereinfluß siehe Punkt: „Bedienung“
unsachgemäßes Anheizen siehe Punkt: „Bedienung“
Ofen riecht stark und raucht außen
Einbrennphase siehe Punkt: „Bedienung“ (Aushärten des Lackes)
Ofen ist verstaubt/ verschmutzt siehe Punkt: „Wartung und Reinigung“ (Konvektionsluftöffnungen)
Lack härtet nicht aus
Einbrennphase wurde nie
ordentlich abgeschlossen

Rauchgasaustritt beim Nachlegen
und während der Heizphase
zu geringer Schornsteinzug,
Rauchrohranschluss undicht
Verbindungsstellen überprüfen und ggf. neu abdichten
