SENSOR PAD (See figs. 1 and 2)
Connect the Sensor Pad cord to the Nursery Unit.
Place the Sensor Pad in the middle of the crib under the mattress, as illustrated below. Make sure the printed side faces up. Do NOT
place any bedding between the mattress and the sensor pad.
Secure the sensor pad cord to crib using a tie wrap. Run the cord on the floor to ensure it is out of the baby’s reach.
The Sensor Pad must rest on a completely flat and firm surface. If the crib has a spring or slat base, place a hard board between the
crib base and the Sensor Pad measuring at least 13” x 13” (33x33 cm) and 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick. Make sure the sensor pad’s cord
passes underneath the mattress as shown below.
The sensor pad works with all baby bed sizes and all mattresses, except memory foam mattresses. You will have to test your sensor
pad on p.16.
Once you are done using the Sensor Pad, please remove it from the baby’s crib and store it away.
The Angelcare Sensor Pad feature is not designed for use with adults, children or infants older than 24 months.
