Cuissons
il est recommandé d’utiliser les plats fournis avec la cousinière pour la cuisson
des pâtisseries,
les cuissons peuvent être aussi effectuées dans les moules disponibles sur
le marché (il faut les poser sur la grille),
avant de sortir une pâtisserie du four, vériez la qualité de la cuisson à l’aide
d’une baguette en bois (si la pâtisserie est prête, la baguette doit en ressortir
propre est sèche),
il est recommandé de laisser la cuisson au four pendant environ 5 minutes
après avoir arrêté le four,
