OPERATION AND FUNCTIONS
Testing
1. Clean the parts of the refrigerator with lukewarm
water containing a little neutral detergent and with
clear water, and wipe them dry.
Notes: Electric parts of the refrigerator can only be
wiped by dry cloth.
2. Turn on electricity. The compressor begin to
work.
3. Open the door 30 minutes later, if the temperatu-
re in the refrigerator decreased obviously, it shows
that the refrigerator system works well. When the
refrigerator operates for a period of time, the tem-
perature controller will automatically set the tempe-
rature within limits it opens.
The display is located in the middle of the refrigera-
tor door. Please refer to gure control panel (g. 10)
Introduction of the buttons
1 Temp. zone (Temperature zone): to select the
refrigerator or the fridge compartment (zone) for
which you want to set the temperature.
2 Temp. (Temperature): to adjust temperature for
the selected compartment (zone).
3 Function: to choose functions of fast cooling, fast
freezing, Smart, holiday or fridge off.
4 OK/ (OK/Child-lock): to access or exit the selec-
ted function. Press and hold (3 seconds) this key to
activate the child lock.
Function setting
Connect the appliance to power for the rst time
When you connect the appliance to the power sup-
ply for the rst time the display will illuminate for 2
seconds and then return to normal and the applian-
ce runs with Smart function.
Display control
When the refrigerator door is closed and there is
no button operation in 3 minutes, the display light
goes off.
The display will light up when the fridge door is ope-
ned or any button is pressed.
Temperature setting
1) Press the ’Temp. Zone’ button to select the com-
partment (zone) for which you want to set the tem-
perature. (Temperature zone pictograms will ash
in the following order: Refrigerator -> Freezer ->
Refrigerator). When the Fast Cooling, Fast Fre-
ezing, Smart or Holiday function is activated, the
temperature of the selected temperature zone can-
not be adjusted.
2) When the temperature zone icon is displayed,
press the ‘Temp.’ button and the temperature di-
splay will ash; the temperature of the selected
compartment can be adjusted.
3) If no button is pressed for 5 seconds, the tempe-
rature display stops ashing and the set temperatu-
re will be applied.

Refrigerator: 2OC→ 3OC→ 4OC→5O C→ 6OC→
7OC→ 8OC→ 2OC
Freezer: -24OC→ -23OC→ -22OC→ -21OC→
-20OC→ -19OC→ -18OC→ -17OC→ -16OC→ -24OC
Smart
When the Smart function is activated, the refrigera-
tor temperature will be set at 4°C, and the freezer
at -18°C.
You cannot change the temperature in any com-
partment, but you can press the ’Temp. Zone’ but-
ton to check the temperature.
1) To set the Smart function
Press the ’Function’ button repeatedly until the
Smart icon starts to ash, and then press ’OK/
to select the function. Smart icon is displayed and
lights up.
2) To deactivate the Smart function
When the Smart function is active, press the ’Func-
tion’ button until the Smart icon starts to ash and
press ’OK/ to deactivate the function. The smart
icon goes out. Temperature settings will be restored
to state before the Smart was active.
When you activate the Fast Cooling, Fast Freezing,
Holidays or Fridge Off, the Smart function will be
deactivated.
Fast cooling
When the Fast cooling is activated, the refrigerator
temperature is set at 2°C and cannot be modied.
1)To set the fast cooling
Press the ’Function’ button repeatedly until the fast
cooling icon starts to ash, and then press ’OK/ ’ to
select the function. The fast cooling icon lights up.
2) To deactivate the fast cooling function
When the fast cooling function is active, press the
’Function’ button until the fast cooling icon starts to
ash and press ’OK/ to deactivate the function.
The fast cooling icon goes off and the original tem-
perature setting will be restored. When you activate
the Smart, Fridge Off or Holiday function, the Fast-
Cooling function will be deactivated.
Fast freezing
When the fast freezing function is activated, the fre-
ezer compartment temperature cannot be modied
but you can adjust the refrigerator compartment
temperature.
1) To set the fast freezing function
Press the ’Function’ button repeatedly until the Fa-
stfreezing icon starts to ash, and then press ’OK/
to select the function. The fast freezing icon is
displayed.
2) To deactivate the fast freezing function
When the fast freezing function is active, press the
’Function’ button until the fast freezing icon starts to
ash and press ’OK/ to exit the function.
The fast freezing backlight turns off and the original
temperature setting will be restored.
The fast freezing automatically turns off after 26
hours.
Activating the Smart function deactivates the fast
freezing function.
